NOWJOBS needed more than training. They needed momentum. We designed a Team Immersion program that replaced classroom lessons with real-life coaching in action. Instead of chasing perfection, the focus was progress, confidence, and independence.
The approach: blending on-the-job coaching with team empowerment, so beginners could grow, advanced speakers could coach peers and the whole team could move forward together.

Coaching for long-term change
The program unfolded in two key phases:
Phase 1: Build from the inside We started by identifying individual strengths, creating a coaching mindset, and embedding new habits. Atolo worked hand-in-hand with NOWJOBS to clarify internal roles, rethink how tasks were distributed and co-develop a strategy for handling French communication as a team. This was more than language coaching. It was part consulting, part mentoring, fully tailored to their operational reality.
Phase 2: Step back so the team can lead With the foundation set, the trainer gradually shifted into the role of sparring partner. Coaching moments were spaced out, allowing the team to test, refine and take ownership. Internal "French coaches" and managers stepped up, ensuring the team could keep improving without depending on external support.
