During the training participants work together with co-learners from different teams and departments. They choose a project or a business case – whether fictional or not – and commit to it. They get to work together towards a common goal. Each participant plays their own role within the project.

Key learnings & practicalities
Participants practice in an environment that is as close as possible to business reality. Not everything can be done in advance. They learn to deal with ad hoc interventions in the target language.
Participants practice all possible competencies they need in the field (emailing, telephoning, making appointments, preparing and leading meetings, proposing and defending a project, arguing, giving presentations, etc.)
By playing their own role(s) in the project (HR manager, product developer, marketer, project leader, commercial, lawyer, scrum master, etc.) trainees prepare themselves very specifically for the reality of their workplace.
